Fire Rated Curtain Wall.

Pensher Skytech have a range of fire rated curtain wall systems for differing applications. Sightlines as narrow as 45mm are available in steel and stainless steel offering fire resistance to 60 minutes, stability, integrity, and insulation. More advanced systems are available for 120minutes integrity and 120minutes insulation.

Fire Rated Roof Lights

Due to the excellent structural qualities of this series monumental scale spans are available, also roof-lights, skylights and glazed roofing and atria incorporating complex geometric configurations.
The system also has excellent thermal insulation qualifications .Its U- value is less than 2.0W/m2 which complies with part L of the Building Regulations.
The system also has excellent watertightness criteria having been tested for joint permeability and rain impact resistance to 900 Pa and 600Pa for overhead glazing.
Sound insulation qualities are also excellent with test values of Rw 36 dB and Rw 45dB having been achieved.
Successful ballistic tests have been carried out on this system.
